There are several ways in which you can work with us at The Warrior Programme®:

 

One to one personal training and coaching based in central Bristol

This is for you if you:

Need the accountability and motivation from a coach - you simply won't do it yourself

Want to get stronger, fitter and more confident, but don't know where to start

 

What does it involve?

 1-2-1 personal training sessions in a private, city centre gym - frequency depends on how quickly you want to reach your goals and how committed you are. 

Nutritional Coaching - making healthy eating, managing your weight and building strength really easy 

Simple and easy homeworks to do to keep you progressing and getting the best of out the sessions - you don't need to be a member of another gym 

Working on your mindset 

Membership of the exclusive Warriors Facebook group for recipes, support and motivation

Weekday email support (between 8-8)

Minimum 90 day commitment

 

Pricing depends on the package that we decide is best for you and your goals. Amy's basic hourly rate is £70; the rest of the team offer a basic hourly rate of £40.

Online Nutrition Coaching:

What’s it about?

Ø  How much protein do I need to eat to be healthy

Ø  How can I reduce the sugar in my diet

Ø  Eating carbs and maintaining or losing weight

Ø  Changing the way you see food and your body

Ø  Staying hydrated and well

Ø  How to make good choices with snacks

 

The course includes:

Ø  A weekly lesson delivered by email (12 lessons) – which you will have access to forever

Ø  A monthly 45 minute group Q&A webinar, to be delivered via the Warriors Facebook group

Ø  Access to the private Warriors Facebook community

 

This is for you if you are:

Ø  Fed up of looking in the mirror and not liking what you see

Ø  Struggling to lose weight

Ø  Wanting to wear your old clothes in your wardrobe

Ø  Struggling with eating rubbish or comfort eating and keep going round in circles with it

Ø  Completely stuck with how to eat healthily, without spending half your life preparing food.

 

An investment in yourself of £35 per month payable by direct debit
