One to one personal training and coaching:

This is for you if you:

Need the accountability and motivation from a coach - you simply won't do it yourself

Want to get stronger, fitter and more confident, but don't know where to start

 

What does it involve?

 1-2-1 personal training sessions in a private, city centre gym - frequency depends on how quickly you want to reach your goals and how committed you are. 

Nutritional Coaching - making healthy eating, managing your weight and building strength really easy 

Simple and easy homeworks to do to keep you progressing and getting the best of out the sessions - you don't need to be a member of another gym 

Working on your mindset 

Membership of the exclusive Warriors Facebook group for recipes, support and motivation

Weekday email support (between 8-8)

Minimum 90 day commitment

 

Pricing depends on the package that we decide is best for you and your goals. Amy's basic hourly rate is £48.
