I’m Amy and I’m the owner and head trainer at The Warrior Programme in Bristol. I used to be a corporate insurance broker, but I decided that the stress, bureaucracy and desk-life weren’t for me. I studied Law at university and used to spend 12+ hours every day sitting down, at a desk, a car, sofa, and I put on a lot of weight.
