Interesting title, for a blog post from a personal trainer!
We've all thought it, me included - I'll always be this size, I'll never be able to do that, I don't have time, I'm not that kind of person, that isn't me. So, I thought I'd share today why I exercise, me personally - I'm not a genetically-skinny person who can eat whatever they want and stay the same size, or an exercise obsessed person - I'm somewhere in between, probably like you.
