This is Vicky. Vicky runs her own business - she's driven, successful and ambitious. She works long hours, wants to succeed, but knows that she needs to take her health seriously to get there. 

Before we started working together, Vicky was working with another personal trainer, but not getting the results she wanted. She wanted to feel strong, fit, and confident in both body and mind.
