‘I first starting working with Amy in August 2016. I’d lost 4 stone ready to have a massive breast reconstruction operation and then knew I needed to sort out stomach muscles (2 caesareans) and chest muscles (a double mastectomy). I wanted to be super-fit with the best muscles I could have before the op in 8 months time.
It has been better than I could ever have imagined. I was very panicky going to my first session but she completely set me at ease. She’s only the 2nd personal trainer I’ve ever met who gets that it’s as much about the mind as the body and this is particularly so for me. She always works at the right pace for me and instinctively knows what will work, both for my body and mind.
She’s always encouraging and gets excited with me when things go well. I feel like a new person and I LOVE it! Go for it. You’ve nothing to lose and everything to gain. She’s amazing!’
‘When I first came to the consultation I felt a bit stuck – I was very stressed at work, thinking too much about diet and I wasn’t getting results at the gym.
