You want to feel  confident  in the weights area and to feel like it’s  less intimidating   You want to get stronger, tone up and achieve a body shape you love.  You’d love to be able to do a first  press up  or even a  pull up , but you’re  worried you don’t have any upper body strength.

This is for you if you:

Are a member of a gym, you go (although not always as much as you think you should) and you’re not seeing the results you want.

You don’t really know what you’re doing in the gym anyway, you just spend all your time on the cardio machines!

You' want to get stronger glutes and a  stronger core

‘I didn’t think it would be possible to get stronger and leaner… I have been proved wrong, I can now lift more than my body weight by a considerable amount and have actually decreased in size. As well as this my overall fitness, posture and the aches and pains I did have, have diminished. I have learnt a lot about myself, nutrition and how to feel good and more confident from the inside out.

‘Amy and her team at the Warrior Gym is the gym that I've been looking for all my life. I've no interest in endless rows of treadmills and stationary bikes hooked up to TV screens. I wanted somewhere I could learn to strength train properly with a focus on functional movement to maximise health and performance. The Warrior Gym ticks all the boxes several times over. Training sessions with Meg are a highlight of my week. Always fun, always challenging and so much variation in the movement patterns we work on to open my eyes to future possibilities. Meg nails it every time. Next up, perfecting my handstand.’

‘I am loving training with Meg, she is super supportive and motivating, but also mindful not to push you too far. It is nice to be in a private space without hoards of people watching. I'm enjoying learning more moves and can feel myself getting stronger. When I deadlifted 70kg the other week I was so chuffed. I never thought I'd be able to do that a few months ago.
